Tucked along a quiet, tree-lined, one-way street, 5114 Kenwood is set to deliver the product missing in the neighborhood: single-level contemporary living and light-filled duplex residences - boasting incredible private outdoor living spaces - in an elevator-accessible building with secure parking. Acclaimed developer ZSD, having achieved success with mid-rise developments in West Loop, Lincoln Park, and Noble Square, brings their skillful experience and thoughtful design to Hyde Park.

Madison Park Row
Introducing Madison Park Row, a collection of 7 new construction, extra-wide row homes in Chicago's most iconic neighborhood, Hyde Park. Perfectly situated in a prime location and a short drive to the University of Chicago Campus and Hospital, this exclusive offering will deliver contemporary new construction row homes never before available in the neighborhood.

The Residences at St Boniface
The Residences at St. Boniface is the first new construction elevator condo building in the West Town/Noble Square neighborhood. The Residences development is adjacent to wildly-successful St Boniface cathedral renovation and across the street from Eckhart Park and Natatorium. Featuring 17 gracious contemporary homes with unobstructed views of the park and skyline, The Residences reflects the need for top-of-the-market construction in this red-hot neighborhood with its Michelin Star restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, wine shops, and cafes.

West End Club
West End Club in Chicago's vibrant West Loop, brings together the area's rich history with modern design sensibilities. Situated near Skinner Park and within a neighborhood known for its blend of historic architecture and culinary hotspots, 1550 W Monroe is poised to become a standout in the West Loop’s ever-evolving landscape. In partnership with Philadelphia-based ISA Architects as the Design Architect, the adaptive-reuse development transforms the historic UE Hall – originally erected in 1904 for the West End Woman's Club and later serving as the headquarters of the United Electrical Workers Western Region – into 22 distinctive apartments with one to four bedrooms. A refreshing alternative to amenity-laden counterparts, West End Club residences cater to those who prioritize space and design over excessive amenities.

1333 N Kingsbury
Planned by ZSD Corp and Structured Development, the site spans N. Kingsbury St from W. Evergreen Ave to W. Scott St and includes a four-story office building and two parking lots. The new development will replace the central surface parking lot while preserving the existing office building and the southern parking lot. The proposed project features a 23-story residential tower with 272 apartments. Located in the heart of the Clybourn Corridor, the property is within walking distance of grocery stores, entertainment, retail, and public transportation. Nearby public space improvements include the Wild Mile riverfront renovation and the recently completed Wendelin Park. The Clybourn Corridor is one of Chicago’s premier retail districts, home to major national brands such as Apple, REI, Crate & Barrel, Whole Foods, Mariano’s, Anthropologie, and Nordstrom Rack.
